By accessing the Website or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software or Website.
Subject to your payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, RASPSYS LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SFDC File Exporter on the number of machines permitted by your purchased plan, solely for your internal business purposes.

SFDC File Exporter is available under the plans described on our Pricing page. All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD). Licenses are activated via a license key delivered to the email address provided at purchase. License keys are valid for the stated duration from the date of activation.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing purchased licenses are not affected by price changes.
SFDC File Exporter, including all code, documentation, design, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of RASPSYS LLP and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Software to you.

SFDC File Exporter uses the Salesforce API to access your Salesforce data on your behalf. By using the Software, you confirm that:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SALESFORCE CONFIGURATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RASPSYS LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR YOUR CURRENT LICENSE PLAN.
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately upon written notice if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies. Sections 4, 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Software or Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
