Refund Policy

Summary: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if SFDC File Exporter does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue. We encourage you to try our free version before purchasing to evaluate the tool.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund of your license purchase if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The software does not perform as described on our website or in our documentation.
  • You have contacted our support team and provided a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, and we have been unable to do so.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the software
  • Failure to read the system requirements or product description before purchase
  • Incompatibility with a Salesforce edition that does not include API access (e.g., Essentials, Group)
  • The software was used to export files and the export was completed successfully
  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your name and email address used for purchase
  • Your order/transaction ID
  • The plan purchased and date of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue you are experiencing
  • Steps you have already taken to try to resolve the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If eligible, refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a license period. License plans are priced as a single purchase for the full stated duration.

5. Technical Support Before Refund

We strongly encourage customers experiencing issues to contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved quickly — incorrect Salesforce credentials, missing API permissions, or network configuration — and we are committed to helping you get the tool working.

6. Free Plan

The free version of SFDC File Exporter is available at no cost and is not subject to this refund policy. We encourage all potential customers to evaluate the free version (up to 50 files per export) before purchasing a Pro plan.
