By purchasing this Application/Tool (SFDC File Exporter) you agreeing/have agreed to the following terms and conditions-
- You are responsible/accountable for your purchase and whatever the charges have been occured. We treat our customers equally, so no exception will be made.
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, your App must have extracted less than or equal to 50 Files/Attachements/Documents/Static Resources.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- No partial refunds are granted.
- Once your request of refund has been recieved by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business weeks.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- No interest OR Late fee will be paid, in case of delay in refund.
Cancellation And Termination
- SFDC File Exporter, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other service, for any reason, at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account. SFDC File Exporter reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
